Free V1 Terms

RUSTAM Music AI V1 is a limited free beta. No paid service is currently offered. Availability is not guaranteed and features may change or be suspended for security, abuse prevention, provider limits, or maintenance.

Accounts and access

One verified account receives three lifetime free Create generations. Do not farm accounts, bypass quotas, automate abuse, or share access in a way that defeats security controls. We may suspend abusive accounts.

Your content and AI output

You remain responsible for lyrics, prompts, recordings, and other content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to use them. Output is AI-generated and may be imperfect, unavailable, or similar in general characteristics to other output. Do not request unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized impersonation content.

Provider limits

Generation uses external AI infrastructure. Full Song output is provider-controlled and limited to up to 3:04 (184 seconds). RUSTAM does not stitch or artificially extend provider audio.

Ownership framework

You retain rights you already hold in submitted content. Any rights in generated output depend on applicable law and provider terms; no exclusive-right guarantee is made.
