Privacy
This notice describes the Free V1 production implementation.
Data processed
We process account email, authentication/session data, lyrics, style and creation settings, generated audio, duration/version/rating metadata, and security/rate-limit logs. Support requests include the reply email and message you submit.
Why and where
Data is used to authenticate you, provide generation and private Library access, enforce three-generation and abuse limits, deliver downloads, operate support, and protect the service. Production records and private audio are designed for Supabase Auth, Postgres, and private Object Storage. Google Vertex AI processes generation prompts and returns audio when CREATE is enabled.
Access and deletion
Private resources are scoped to the authenticated user. Track deletion removes its database record and stored audio through the application. Account deletion requires a verified support request until self-service deletion is added.
Security and retention
Sessions use secure cookie handling; database row policies and authenticated download routes restrict access. Security logs are retained only as operationally necessary. No guarantee is made about a provider’s training practices here; provider processing is governed by its applicable terms.
Traffic analytics
Public pages on rustammusic.ai use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page views, visitor estimates, countries, devices and safe referral sources. We do not enable analytics cookies or advertising pixels. Vercel derives a visitor hash from the incoming request and discards it after 24 hours; it is not a persistent cross-site identifier. Our current plan provides 30-day reports.
We exclude private pages and URL parameters, and do not send emails, tokens, lyrics, prompts, audio or filenames in analytics events. Visits with potentially private referrers are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics transmission. Necessary sign-in cookies operate separately.
The owner sees aggregate signup, email verification and generation milestones from our own database. These counts are not sent to Vercel or linked to anonymous visitors.
Optional traffic analytics stays off until you agree. We store only your yes/no preference in this browser, without an identifier. Declining does not affect music or your account. DNT/GPC overrides an enabled preference.
